• Borders Aren’t the Problem

    Socialism is the Problem…
ARGUMENTS FROM THE UNINFORMED VOTERS ARE HYPOCRITICALLY INCORRECT.

we-don't-need-socialismThis King is no longer amused by the topic change techniques offered by Cloward and Piven advocates when it comes to our southern borders. I get it… Yes we are a nation of immigrants… LEGAL immigrants! The opposition notes it’s our responsibility to help the children; and we should reunite them with their families… here in America; and financially support them and their families even if it bankrupts the country. Of course we know America can never go bankrupt because with our centralized banking system all we need do is print more money or move the computerized decimal point a couple of zeros to the LEFT and the problem is solved.  Ask the former U.S.S.R. how doing that worked for them. Maybe Cuba, Zimbabwe or North Korea could  advise our policy makers?

The risk of making it to our border without the benefits of reward would reduce the illegal immigration influx to a manageable trickle. Which “manageable” means no penetration. The double fence method works for this king. The first fence is at the border. The second fence, 100 yards inside our border is the deadline. Breaching the first invokes an act of war. The newly constructed National Guard bases along the border will deal with the bodies in accordance with the Geneva Convention. This King cares not of the way other countries do it, we are property owners obeying the laws we invoke. The real question should be… Are we a socialist nation, or are we free?

BTW: There’s a big difference between a helping hand and life-long welfare. We applaud the helping hand if administered by local communities where administrative helpers actually interface with the needy.

  • Yet Another King

    I have a quill and I have a messenger…
HISTORY SHALL BE DEEMED TO REPEAT ITSELF IF THE PEOPLE ARE AT SLEEP.

KingGeorge-cropThe difference between Kings of lineage and Sovereign Kings is one has subjects and the other has not. ”People of a state are entitled to all rights which formerly belonged to the king by his prerogative.” Lansing v. Smith, 21 D. 89.

“At the revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people; and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects, and have none to govern but themselves: the citizens of America are equal as fellow citizens, and as joint tenants in the sovereignty.” Chisholm Exp v. Georgia (US) “as general rule men have natural right to do anything which their inclinations may suggest, if it be not evil in itself, and in no way impairs the rights of others.” In Re Newman (1925), 71 C.A. 386, 235 P. 664.

West Virginia imposes first State Sales Tax…
HOW DID STATES MEET THEIR BUDGETS FOR 145 YEARS WITHOUT A SALES TAX?

token-1921-sales-taxBy the 1930′s most states followed West Virginia’s example in levying their own sales taxes. At that time, taxes were fractions of pennies over the sales price and were paid for with tokens. Illinois was the first to introduce tokens for a 3% sales taxes, but the state Supreme Court struck down the provision. Illinois re-issued them the next year anyway, followed by Ohio, California, and the other states. The tokens lasted through WW II and were phased out shortly thereafter. How did these states meet their budgets before a sales tax?

  • The Rich get Richer?

Did the wealthy get rich from the poor?
FIRST… IF THE POOR HAVE NO MONEY, WHERE DOES THE WEALTH COME FROM?

EdwardG-Robinson-gansterIt’s been misinterpreted since the first time someone said “The rich get richer, and the poor get poorer.” Either their English was poor or the idea too rich… But one thing for certain, wealthy people earn their money doing business with those willing to pay for offered goods and services. The statement leads one to believe the rich actually robbed the poor to make themselves wealthy. When people engage in capitalism, a sale takes place only when all parties agree; or are we to believe the rich personally robbed each and every poor person accumulating their wealth twenty dollars at a time?

Andrew Jackson the seventh President of the U.S. (1829–1837), in his 1832 bank veto, said that “when the laws undertake… to make the rich richer and the potent more powerful, the humble members of society… have a right to complain of the injustice to their Government.” But lets not misunderstand that quote either. Jackson said when the LAWS UNDERTAKE, not when capitalism undertakes. Until the Affordable Care Act we as citizens weren’t forced to participate in capitalism thereby preventing the undertaking of the poor.

  • Communism’s Police State

Chineese-Salute-uniformsThere are 8 levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a socialist police state. The first is the most important.

    1) Healthcare “Control healthcare and you control the people”
    2) Poverty “Increase the Poverty level as high as possible.” Poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.
    3) Debt “Increase the national debt to an unsustainable level.” That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.
    4) Gun Control “Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government.” That way you are able to create a police state – total local control.
    5) Welfare “Take control of every aspect of their lives” (Food, Livestock, Housing, and Income)
    6) Education “Take control of what people read and listen to take control of what children learn in school.”
    7) Religion “Remove faith in God from the Government and school.”
    8) Class Warfare “Divide the people into the wealthy against the poor. Racially divide.” This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to Tax the wealthy with full support of the voting poor.

  • King Allan’s Health Care Act

There are 2 ways to make health care affordable.
    REGULATION OR NO REGULATION

    allan-doctor

    REGULATION:
The medical industry encompasses a vast range of contributors. Manufactures, doctors, administrators, technicians, support staff and patients. Not discarding the ancillary components including construction workers who build the hospitals, tool makers and even tire makers who make it possible for trucks to deliver materials to the job site. So it’s everyone, like the President said… “You didn’t build that by yourself.”  So when the politicians say “regulate” it’s the aforementioned components of the medical industry they want to control, including you! There is a fee for all this control… It’s about fifty times greater than the same cost our Social Security Administration charges to manage our retirement income. If you are unaware of their administrative costs think of this, without the cost of government, your $1,200 per month social security benefit check would be about $7,500 per month or more.

    NO REGULATION:
No regulation equates to a free market. There’s no mandate in a free market… If you want, desire or need some thing then you have the right to enter into a personal contract to obtain some thing or you may simply walk away without obligation. If an unregulated market scares you then refuse to do business within that market, and seek out a well regulated marketplace. If you can’t find a regulated market then create one, but do with your own money not mine; because I desire to do business with a free market, this question begs to be answered… What makes your desire for a regulated market more important than my desire for a free marketplace? Could it be you fine yourself in the unique position of believing your idea is the correct one, and everyone should go alone with you?

    THE SOLUTION:
As usual thumb-sucking Washington politicians see regulation as the only answer to any problem they don’t understand. And if they have to legislate to appease the cries of special interest groups, you can bet it will cost the taxpayer a hundred times more its actual value.  So here’s an idea.  If government must regulate one sixth of our economy start with price of services control. Total cost of a triple by-pass surgery shouldn’t exceed $1,200.00.  Total Cancer treatment payment… $450.00, a knee replacement $800.00 and a doctors visit, $10.00. When industry experts tell us it’s impossible to do such a plan… Tell them the same line the Affordable Care Act gave us… It’s the law, make it work.

I guess Nationalization of the oil companies is next. Why not mandate the price of gas at the pump? Does $.42 cents a gallon sound good to you? King Allan suggests the Free Market Solution where the real control is in the hands of the customer… You are a customer before you are a patient. I was going to say PERIOD but apparently Obama has redefined the word PERIOD as “unless something changes.”
